In order to help you become familiar with our office, we have provided the following information regarding appointment scheduling, insurance and billing and dental emergencies.
We require 2 business days' notice for all scheduling changes. Please note that once you have made an appointment, this time is reserved for you. We do charge a fee for all appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 2 business days' notice. Our office will provide you with a courtesy reminder for all appointments booked in advance. Please help us serve you better by keeping all scheduled appointments.
Insurance and Payment Options
We believe everyone should have the ability to obtain quality dental care. Because of this, we accept cash, cheques, credit and debit. Please ask our knowledgeable administrators for more details. Your dental treatment may be supplemented by the use of dental benefit plans. In order to provide a benefit to our patients, we do accept payment directly from all insurance plans and are happy to file and track your insurance claims for reimbursement. Any balance not paid by your insurance benefit plan will be billed to you directly.

If an emergency should occur, please call us immediately. If it is after hours, you can call the on-call cell phone number provided on the emergency voicemail at 250-361-4266 and we will call you back as quickly as possible.
